During a cleaning your pet will be anesthetized to keep him or her still and comfortable while we remove the tartar (hardened plaque) buildup, polish and floss the teeth, and apply a fluoride treatment to prevent decay.
We also have digital dental radiology to check for tooth root abscesses or other abnormalities below the gum line. We can often detect and treat these problems before they become painful or lead to more serious health conditions.
